The free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing - the subscription simply ends when the trial does. You can cancel from your account page at any time.

14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason. By starting a subscription you ask us to provide the service at once, within that period; if you withdraw after having used it, a proportionate amount for the part already provided may be retained, as the law allows.

Withdrawal requests go to Paddle as the seller: use the link on the receipt Paddle e-mailed you (paddle.net) or Paddle's support. Paddle refunds to the payment method you paid with, and the subscription ends when it does.

After the 14 days

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. To avoid a renewal you do not want, cancel before the period ends - the renewal date is shown on your subscription page.

If something went wrong

A duplicate charge, a subscription that stopped working, a renewal after you had cancelled: write to info@mammothpdf.com and we sort it out with Paddle. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If we discontinue a paid service entirely, prepaid and unused fees are refunded pro rata.

Who refunds and how

Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) or Paddle.com Inc. (US) sells the subscription to you, issues the invoice and makes the refund; Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside ours. A refund goes back to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
