How to reverse the page order of a PDF: a step-by-step guide

Drop the PDFs anywhere on the page, or press Add files. The pages of the selected file appear in their current order. With nothing chosen, the whole document is reversed - that is the tool's main job, and it needs no click at all.

Click the pages to reverse, drag across several, or use the bar above the thumbnails - odd, even, landscape, every Nth, or page numbers such as "2-5". The chosen pages swap places among themselves, within the places they already take; the others stay where they are. Each page that moves wears a badge naming the page it swaps with.

A single chosen page has nothing to swap with, so the file is left out and marked with ⚠ in the list.

Press Reverse pages. The line under the button counts the pages that move. The file is saved to your device at once - several files together as a ZIP. Bookmarks, links and page labels follow their pages.

Under Apply to, Selected file reverses the pages you choose in the file selected in the list. All files applies one rule by page position to every file - with nothing chosen, every file is reversed from end to start; with "even pages" chosen, the even pages of every file are reversed among themselves.

Without an account, and with a free one, you can reverse two files in a run, each up to 15 MB. With Pro there is no limit on the number or the size.
